CATARINA PAULOS

My name is Catarina Paulos.

I am a PhD Student in Education, specialization in adult training at the Education Institute of the University of Lisbon. My PhD research has as main objective the understanding of the path and professional activity of adult educators involved in recognition, validation and certification of competences. I hold a Master in Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences of the Medicine Faculty of the University of Lisbon and a Degree in Psychology of the Psychology Faculty of the University of Lisbon. I am psychologist, vocational trainer and course developer. I have been working in the field of adult education since 2008. I am the author of two books and several chapters in books concerning health and safety at work, human resources management and organizational quality and management in Portuguese.
